🚨 ETHEREUM ETF OUTFLOWS HIT 9 CONSECUTIVE DAYS! 📉
U.S. Spot Ethereum ETFs recorded $56.1 million in net outflows on October 9, extending the outflow streak to nine trading days since September 29.
📊 Key
🔴 Total 9-day outflows: $697.2 million
🔴 Last week's outflows: $542.1 million
🐻 BlackRock's ETHA accounted for approximately $477 million of weekly outflows.
⚠️ Peak daily outflows: $201.9 million on October 6
💡 The Important Difference
Ethereum ETF net assets dropped from $17.69 billion to $15.71 billion — a decline of approximately $1.98 billion.
However, only about $542 million represented actual ETF outflows during the reported week. Much of the remaining decline came from ETH's falling market price.
📉 My Take:
ETF demand remains under pressure, but this doesn't automatically mean institutions are abandoning Ethereum.
Daily outflows have slowed, which could indicate that selling pressure is cooling. However, sustained inflows across multiple ETF issuers are needed to confirm a recovery in institutional demand.
🎯 What I'm Watching Next:
Continued ETF outflows = bearish demand signal.
Stabilizing flows = potential cooling phase.
Consistent net inflows = stronger recovery signal.
What do you think? 👇
Will ETH ETF outflows stabilize, or are we heading toward a longer institutional pullback?
