12,267 $BTC(1.01B USD) moved by a US government wallet Thursday.
Destination: an unlabeled address. Not an exchange.
"To exchange" = possible sell pressure. "To a wallet nobody can name" = reshuffle. Feds shuffle seized coins between their own drawers every few months. (CoinDesk/Arkham)
The real exchange-bound moves came ~24h earlier: ~3,200 BTC + 119M USDT into Coinbase Prime. Even that isn't a sale. Prime is custody + OTC desk, not spot market.
But the timeline read "US GOVT MOVED 1B" and panic-sold anyway. Longs paid: 411M USD liquidated in 24h, 86% longs. $BTC tagged ~80.4K, then printed +1% to 82,389.
10-second whale-alert checklist:
1. Destination label first. Exchange = watch. Unlabeled = probably nothing.
2. Wallet history. Aug 2024: same govt wallets moved ~10,000 BTC to Prime.
3. Trade the headline gap. Money moves in the ~30 minutes before the correction goes viral.
The panic was the entry. $BTC 82.4K: 82.8K is the line, reclaim probably reopens 84-85K.

12.267 BTC (1,01B USD) pindah dari wallet pemerintah AS hari Kamis.
Tujuannya: alamat tanpa label. Bukan exchange.
"Ke exchange" = potensi tekanan jual. "Ke wallet anonim" = reshuffle. AS tiap beberapa bulan memang mindahin koin sitaan antar dompetnya sendiri. (CoinDesk/Arkham)
Yang beneran mengarah ke exchange terjadi ~24 jam sebelumnya: ~3.200 BTC + 119 jt USDT ke Coinbase Prime. Itu pun belum tentu dijual. Prime itu custody + meja OTC, bukan spot market.
Tapi timeline baca "US GOVT MOVED 1B" lalu panik jual. Long yang bayar: likuidasi 411 jt USD dalam 24 jam, 86%-nya posisi long. BTC nyentuh ~80,4K, lalu naik +1% ke 82.389.
Checklist 10 detik baca whale alert:
1. Cek label tujuan dulu. Exchange = waspada. Tanpa label = kemungkinan besar bukan apa-apa.
2. Cek riwayat wallet. Agt 2024: wallet pemerintah yang sama mindahin ~10.000 BTC ke Prime.
3. Trading gap headline. Uang gerak dalam ~30 menit sebelum koreksinya viral.
Kepanikan adalah entry-nya. 82,8K garisnya. Reclaim bersih kemungkinan buka jalan ke 84-85K.
