A new poll shows U.S. President Donald Trump’s approval rating has fallen to a record low with about six weeks left before the midterm elections. According to Sina Finance, the Reuters/Ipsos poll put Trump’s approval rating at 32%, his lowest level in both his second term and his political career.

That was down 15 percentage points from 47% at the start of his second term in the same poll. The poll also showed Trump’s disapproval rating at 66%, up 25 percentage points from the beginning of his second term.

Trump and Republicans are facing political challenges tied to backlash over the Iran conflict and concerns about the economy and immigration, as control of Congress is set to be decided in November. According to Sina Finance, Decision Desk HQ’s polling average showed Trump’s approval rating at 38.8% and his disapproval rating at 59.7% as of Monday evening.

The Reuters/Ipsos poll was conducted from September 17 to 20 among 1,277 people, with a margin of error of 3 percentage points.
