Binance just added Stock Options, and the bigger story is how its trading ecosystem is evolving.
Crypto spot, stocks, bStocks, TradFi perps, and now physically-settled U.S. stock and ETF options are coming together under one account.
For me, options add an important layer: defined-risk exposure. I can use Calls for bullish views or Puts for bearish views, while the maximum loss for buyers is limited to the premium paid.
The convenience also matters. There is no separate options wallet, which makes managing different strategies across crypto and TradFi much simpler.
This feels less like another product launch and more like Binance becoming a one-stop crypto + TradFi trading stack. Spot gives exposure. Perps give leverage. Options add defined-risk strategy.
That is a meaningful upgrade for traders who want more tools without constantly switching platforms.
