That is where Phoenix gets interesting. Value can move without turning the entire transaction history into public entertainment. ZK proofs handle verification while the underlying details stay out of sight.
But the part I kept noticing is Zedger.
It feels less like “private crypto” and more like an attempt to stop regulated assets from behaving awkwardly on a transparent blockchain. Security tokens can carry rules. Transfers can respect restrictions. Things like dividends, redemption and governance don't have to live outside the system.
