Wing Tai Properties (0369) reported an interim loss of HK$95.4 million for the six months ended June 30, narrowing from a loss of HK$1.187 billion a year earlier, and declared a dividend of 3 HK cents per share, according to Ming Pao.

Excluding non-cash items, core profit rose 63.89% to HK$177 million.
