#dusk @Dusk I’ve been sitting on a small Dusk position and kept coming back to one detail in the Phoenix note tree: why stop at depth 34?At that depth, the theoretical capacity is roughly 17.2 billion leaves. Depth 32 is around 4.3B, while 36 goes past 68B. So adding just one level doubles capacity, but only adds one step to the proof path. That tradeoff matters more to me than the headline number.I used to look at the 17B figure and think “plenty of room.” But notes don’t disappear from the tree. As usage grows, the real question becomes how much proving, witness data, storage and state access the network can comfortably handle over time.I’m not saying depth 34 is wrong. I’m just less interested in the ceiling now and more interested in how Dusk behaves as note creation becomes real usage. That’s the part I’m watching with my position. $DUSK $RED
