I think one of Babylon's biggest design choices is also the easiest to miss.

Most protocols start with "How can we move Bitcoin into DeFi?"

@BabylonLabs_io seems to start with a different question:

"How can DeFi adapt to native Bitcoin instead?"

That's why Trustless Bitcoin Vaults "TBV" caught my attention.

Instead of making wrapped BTC the foundation, TBV are exploring how native BTC can stay at the center while supporting borrowing through the public Aave v4 testnet.

Bitcoin Staking already gave BTC a security role through Finality Providers.

$BABY takes care of governance and validator participation, so Bitcoin doesn't have to do everything itself.

To me, that's a smarter way to build. The protocol adapts to Bitcoin-not the other way around.
