Not perfecting the art of profit taking costed me quite a bit.
In 2021 I learned from my mistakes however, and while it looks extremely simple and easy, this is what I applied:
Exactly every 3 months I took profit once. On the same exact day.
This was in january 2021 - april 2021 - July 2021 - October 2021.
4 times in total and 2 of them happened right before both "large" market crashes in 2021.
Lucky? Coincidence?
No, by spreading my sells with some sort of 3-monthly dca-out strategy it was highly likely I was able to scale out right on time.
Simple? Yes.
Extremely effective? In hindsight also yes.

The people I knew closely didn't and questioned me many times actually 😅
"Why? Everyone is talking about a supercycle and bitcoin will at least reach 100k first"

I don't know what will happen or what targets we will hit.
I know a great deal about the market but a crystal ball? No, I don't have one.
All I know is that I learned from my previous mistakes.
And those mistakes are telling me almost no one will know.
2018 was also a surprise to almost every single individual in this industry back then.
