How to Participate

Reward Structure
Basic Commission: Every eligible creator receives a 20% commission. This commission is one-time per trade.Bonus Commission: At the end of each week, Binance will rank all eligible creators based on the basic commission they earn, where the top 100 eligible creators of the week can earn a bonus commission as per the table below. Please note that the bonus commission is calculated and settled weekly.

Each week runs from Monday 00:00 (UTC) to Sunday 23:59 (UTC). Weekly commission rewards will only be distributed to users when its value is ≥ 0.1 USDC. The final commission will be calculated based on the actual net trading fees incurred (excluding referral commission, VIP discounts, trading fee discounts when using BNB, API broker rebates, and other fee discounts).Users will not receive commissions from trades if any of the following conditions are met:Trades made by users who signed up via referral codes/links (including Referral Lite and Pro).Trades involving trading pairs that do not incur trading fees.Trades executed by market makers or brokers.API trades.Trades from stablecoin to stablecoin.Other conditions that trigger non-commissionable criteria.As there is zero trading fee for Convert trading, we will use an estimated fee rate of 0.1% of the trading volume to calculate the Convert trading fee commissions in this campaign.The current commission does not affect users’ referral commission. I want to tell you something that took me three blown accounts to understand.
It was never the chart. It was never the indicator. It was never the coin I picked.
It was me. Sitting in front of the screen at 3 AM, telling myself I was being rational while my hands were shaking.
Most retail traders lose money. That is not an opinion. It is a statistical reality that anyone who has been in this market long enough has seen play out again and again. And the reason is almost never a lack of technical knowledge. It is a lack of emotional control when the screen goes red.
I know this because I lived it.
The pattern I could not see
After my third liquidation, I did something I had avoided for years. I opened my trade history and read it like a detective looking for clues.
What I found was embarrassing.
My winning trades? I held them for about six days on average.
My losing trades? Less than forty minutes.
Forty minutes. That is the entire lifespan of my "conviction" when price moved against me. I would spend hours analyzing a setup, drawing levels, checking news, telling myself I had a plan. Then the market would do what markets do, and within forty minutes I would move my stop, add more size, or convince myself that "this time it will bounce."
It never bounced the way I wanted. Not when I was emotional.
That is when I realized something painful. I was not a bad analyst. I was a bad decision maker under pressure. My emotions were trading. My brain was just watching.
Winning can be more dangerous than losing
Everyone talks about the pain of losing. But nobody warns you about what winning does to your head.
In early 2021, I bought a small altcoin that went up four times in three days. I felt like a genius. I felt untouchable. I started believing I had a gift that other people did not have.
So I put all my profit and my original capital into the next "sure thing."
You already know how that ended.
That feeling of being right is a drug. It makes you forget risk. It makes you remove your stop loss. It makes you believe this time is different. It never is.

The rule that changed everything

And slowly, something shifted.
I stopped having panic attacks at 3 AM. I stopped checking my phone every five minutes. I stopped feeling like one bad trade could destroy my entire life.
When your maximum loss is small, you sleep. When you sleep, you think clearly. When you think clearly, you make better decisions. It is not magic. It is survival.
One of the most honest posts I have seen on this platform said it simply: 90% of people here will lose money this year, not because they lack information, but because they have too much of it. They chase the next 100x coin instead of mastering three basic rules. Risk small. Ignore the noise. Take profits along the way.
That is the whole game. It is just that simple, and that hard.
The market does not know you
I need to say something that might sting.
The market does not care about you. It does not care how hard you worked. It does not care that you need to pay bills. It does not care that you stayed up all night watching charts. It moves when it wants to move, for reasons that have nothing to do with your hopes.
The only thing you control is you. Your position size. Your stop loss. Your decision to walk away when you are tilted.
Trading is only 10% math. The other 90% is psychology. And most people never train that part. They read books about technical analysis but never read a single page about why they panic, why they revenge trade, why they cannot accept a small loss.
The market will still be here tomorrow. Make sure you are too.
What I do now
I do not have millions. I do not have a viral story. But I have survived. And surviving taught me a few things that actually work.
I risk 2% maximum. Every trade. No exceptions. If a setup requires risking more to be "worth it," I skip it.
I secure profits. Every time a trade goes well, I take something out. Not all of it. But something. That money goes to a separate account I do not touch.
I stopped tying my worth to my PnL. A good trade does not make me a good person. A bad trade does not make me worthless. They are just trades.
I built a life outside the charts. Hobbies. Friends who do not care about crypto. Things that make me feel like a person, not a portfolio.
These are not revolutionary ideas. They are just the things that kept me in the game long enough to actually learn.

Maybe you just started trading. Maybe you are in the excitement phase. Maybe you already got burned. Or maybe you are reading this after a bad loss, looking for something to hold onto.
