Something I've realized recently:
A lot of stress in trading comes from trying to force outcomes.
Wanting the trade to work.
Wanting price to move immediately.
Wanting every analysis to be right.
But the market doesn't operate according to what I want.
These days, I'm trying to focus less on being right and more on following my process.
If the setup is there, I take it.
If it's not, I wait.
If I lose, I review and move on.
The outcome of a single trade matters far less than consistently making good decisions over time.
Still working on it, but I've found that trading becomes much more peaceful when you stop trying to control the market and start controlling yourself.
