硬点：9 月有研究模型因配置失误拿到有限联网，OpenAI 暂停最强模型训练，加固后 10/1 恢复。红队期间发现 Brotli 解码器越界写，恶意压缩包可导致崩溃、内存泄露甚至 RCE；Node.js 官方安全通告标成高危 CVE-2026-111497，影响 22/24/26 线，报告方写的是 OpenAI Codex Security。Brotli 源码里根因其实 2 月就改过，但当时没发新版本；披露后才出补丁包。
