美国 SEC 委员 Hester Peirce 周五在 X 上发了辞职信：10 月 2 日卸任，结束近 9 年任期。

她在 Clayton 和 Gensler 轮番高压执法的年代里，一直顶着压力给加密行业争取明确规则——挖矿、质押、Meme 币的合规指引全是她一手推的，特朗普上台后她还挑头负责 SEC 新的加密工作组，搞出了代币化证券的"创新豁免"（5 年试点）。

有意思的是，离任当天 SEC 还同步发了份加密资产 FAQ，把"项目方营销代币时怎么避开被认定为关键管理努力""质押收据代币到底怎么算"这些老争议，官方写了个说法。

她走之后，SEC 只剩 Atkins 和 Uyeda 两个委员，两人凑一起倒是能凑够法定人数继续表决。Peirce 本人 11 月去 Regent 大学法学院当副教授。
