# 币安首个提现窗口净流出36.4亿美元：2.1%不是“风险解除”

## 发生了什么
币安官方披露，11月1日06:00—15:30 UTC（北京时间14:00—23:30），平台处理提现46.49亿美元、存入10.1亿美元，净流出约36.4亿美元。按10月28日Proof of Reserves口径下1710亿美元的总资产管理规模计算，净流出约占2.1%。官方同时称，提现量在早期高峰后回落并趋于稳定，存入仍然可观。
这组数字要分三层看。46.49亿美元是提现总额，10.1亿美元是同期存入，36.4亿美元是两者之差；2.1%只是净流出相对AUM的比例。把“2.1%”直接翻译成“没有风险”，或者把“36.4亿美元”直接翻译成“挤兑失控”，都跳过了资金流的时间窗口和基数口径。

同期USDC约1.00101 USDT，仍在接近1美元的窄幅区间。BTC偏弱、ETH偏强、USDC没有明显脱锚，只能说明当前盘面没有把首个提现窗口简单定价成单一方向，不代表平台层面的信任问题已经解决。
## 我的判断：下一道验证不是“能不能提”，而是“流量能否稳定”
15个首批网络恢复，解决的是出金路径重新开放；法币通道扩至28种，解决的是部分银行或支付出口恢复；这次46.49亿美元提现和10.1亿美元存入，才开始提供用户行为层面的公开窗口。三者都重要，但不能互相替代。
我更愿意把当前状态定义为“第一轮压力测试完成，结论未完成”。如果后续窗口的净流出继续收窄、存入保持，且新的PoR与零知识证明能够按期提供可独立核验的储备和负债覆盖，市场才有理由把事件从流动性压力转向运营修复。反过来，若净流出持续扩大、提现再次受限，或PoR无法按期读回，2.1%这个比例就不能再充当安心依据。

Smart money already cast its ballot: $88M flowed into $BTC in 24h, holding $78.5K and up 0.9%, while $ETH took back $2,305, up 1.7%. Even the meme market is voting early, TRUMP is up 8% and leading the top 100. Fear is still parked at 37, and the tape has drawn its lines, $78,925 above and $78,005 below. Two verdicts, one week, nowhere to hide. Which one moves the market first, the exchange's books or the voters' ballots?

$BTC cierra esta lectura en 78,372.01 USDT, con +0.81% en 24h, pero yo esperaría antes de dar por confirmado un impulso alcista. El volumen de hoy está 94% por debajo del promedio de 7 días y el RSI de 4h marca 48. Hay avance de precio, sí; todavía falta participación para darle más peso.
Entre las principales, BNB ganó 1.52% y ETH 1.09%, mientras SOL retrocedió 0.67%. La diferencia está en la fortaleza relativa: ETH muestra RSI de 54 frente a 39 de SOL. Aun así, sus volúmenes también están muy por debajo del promedio: -86% y -92%, respectivamente. No veo una subida generalizada con respaldo claro del volumen.

Mañana vigilaría 78,631.00 como resistencia de $BTC y 77,114.01 como soporte, ambos extremos de 48h. Superar la primera con recuperación del volumen debilitaría mi postura de espera; perder el segundo pondría el foco en 76,325.98, mínimo semanal. ¿Esperarías confirmación sobre 78,631.00 o vigilarías primero la defensa de 77,114.01?
