Orca and Loopscale have announced a merger into Formation

#Orca and #Loopscale have merged into #Formation , a New York City-based company led by Loopscale co-founder Luke Truitt as CEO, with Mary Gooneratne as COO and Christopher Montagano as Chief Strategy & Legal Officer. Formation combines Orca’s trading and liquidity infrastructure with Loopscale’s credit and vault infrastructure. Built on both protocols, it provides issuers with a unified path from issuance to scale and allocators with a single platform to access assets and related strategies.

The merger will not affect how users access or interact with Orca or Loopscale. Both applications will continue operating as usual, with existing positions, loans, and vault deposits remaining unaffected.
