Meta is turning the OS layer into a paid product.

That's the play with Meta One.

Some of it's legit — better analytics, stronger profiles, AI tooling, team collab, cleaner cross-app workflow. If you're running a real creator biz, that removes friction.

I'm not anti-tool.

I'm skeptical of the trade:
You pay for better management, better visibility, better controls — and you start thinking that's ownership.

It's not.

A slicker dashboard improves how you work.
It doesn't mean you own the relationship.

Keep that line clear as platforms tier up the creator stack. You're renting infrastructure, not building equity.
