🇺🇸 CLARITY Act Just Got an Update Ahead of September 15 I’ve been following the September 15 vote, and there’s now something more concrete to look at. Incrypted reports that U.S. lawmakers have published an updated version of the CLARITY Act ahead of the Senate Banking Committee markup. The new draft further develops how authority over the crypto market could be divided between the SEC and CFTC. ⚖️ One important area is the treatment of crypto assets that may begin under securities rules but later qualify as digital commodities as their networks become sufficiently decentralized. 🏛️The draft also addresses DeFi, stablecoins and tokenized assets, making this much broader than a bill about exchanges or individual coins. For me, September 15 is now less about predicting an $XRP candle and more about seeing how much of this framework lawmakers can actually agree on. $BTC already has relatively clear commodity treatment in the U.S. If the legislation moves forward, assets like XRP and the rest of the market could finally get clearer rules too - while $BTC remains the benchmark for how regulatory certainty can support institutional adoption. 👀 Monday should be interesting. #BTC Price Analysis# #Bitcoin Price Prediction: What is Bitcoins next move?#
