Weiyuan Holdings (01343) said its indirect wholly owned subsidiary WGC submitted an acceptance letter on August 28, 2026, confirming full acceptance of all terms and conditions in a consent letter issued by Singapore statutory body JTC on August 17, 2026, according to ETNet.

The redevelopment covers a property at 18 Chin Bee Drive in Singapore that the group plans to use as its headquarters, including offices, a warehouse and dormitories. The project involves partial demolition of existing buildings and structures, followed by construction of new buildings and structures under a new gross plot ratio of 1.40, with solar panels required to be installed.

As of the announcement date, the group had not entered into any construction contract, appointed a contractor or obtained quotations for the redevelopment. It said it will begin a contractor selection process and issue another announcement once the contract amount is finalised and the transaction classification is determined.
