⚠️ P2P Reminder: Payment Name Matters
A few days ago, I came across a P2P order for 500 USDT that looked almost complete.
The seller received the payment, but there was one important issue: the sender's name did not match the payment account details shown in the Binance P2P order.
The buyer said they had used someone else's account. That could be a genuine situation, but I wouldn't release the crypto solely because the money appeared in the bank account.
The key question isn't only:
💰 “Did I receive the money?”
It's also:
🔍 “Does the payment match the transaction details?”
If the information doesn't line up, pause the trade and use the P2P dispute/support process rather than releasing the crypto immediately.
Stay cautious, verify every detail, and keep all communication within the platform where possible.
