I went back to the $KAITO chart because this drop looked way too fast. In July, KAITO ran from around $0.40 to above $1 .30. A few weeks later, price is back near $0.34 and most of that move has disappeared. What stands out to me is what happened after the top. Every bounce started getting weaker, sellers kept showing up, and the whole July momentum slowly turned into a heavy downtrend. KAITO is now down more than 50% over the past week alone. Then you have the upcoming supply. Around 32.6M KAITO is expected to unlock across several releases over the coming weeks. That represents roughly 7.6% of tracked supply and close to $11M at current prices. That is a lot of extra supply to absorb while the market is already dealing with weak momentum and negative funding. For me, this looks like a crowded July rally unwinding at the same time a meaningful unlock is getting closer. Profit-taking started the pressure, fading demand made it worse, and the incoming supply is giving traders another reason to stay cautious. Pretty rough reset for $KAITO after such a strong July run.
