MegaETH, an Ethereum Layer 2 project, will launch its public mainnet on January 22. On launch day, several DeFi applications using USDM will go live, and a global stress test aiming to process around 11 billion transactions over seven days will begin. The stress test targets a throughput between 15,000 and 35,000 transactions per second.
