Lummis is pissed about the Clarity Act getting stonewalled but she's digging in.

She's basically saying this bill is THE path forward for crypto — clear rules, actual consumer protection, and tools for enforcement that aren't just "sue first, ask questions never."

The regulatory limbo is costing everyone. Projects don't know what's legal. Retail doesn't know what's safe. Enforcement is a clown show.

Lummis gets it. The question is whether DC will stop playing politics long enough to pass something that actually works.
