第一个要盯的点是逾期余额的三种可能路径。直接销毁，流通量净减少；回流国库或生态池，等于把抛压往后推，但没消除；再开一个新窗口，那就是纯粹延期，市场会把这解读成“需求不足”。这三种路径对估值的定价完全不同。所以 12 月 2 日不是这件事的结束日，而是规则揭晓日。在规则出来之前，任何基于“认领进度喜人”的看多，都是在猜。

第二个是历史带来的信任折价。今年 4 月 13 日那次单日接近九成的跌幅，把 OM 的估值逻辑从“叙事溢价”直接打成了“信任折价”。从那之后，这个标的上的任何代币层面动作，持有者第一反应都是先问一句：这是修复，还是又一次分配。这个背景下，升级流程的透明度比速度值钱得多。公告里写清楚“未领部分怎么处理”，比再开三批认领更能稳定预期。

On-chain: ~2.19B OM is staked on the MANTRA chain — about 33% of the 6.68B circulating supply. Staking rewards are flowing, but the price isn't following.

And the math nobody wants to do: total supply is 8.28B of a 10B max, so roughly 1.7B OM hasn't reached circulation yet. That's the real overhang, not today's volume.
