Fidelity Ethereum Fund Gets a Major Upgrade

Fidelity is preparing to add Ethereum staking and quarterly cash dividends to its Fidelity Ethereum Fund (FETH).

The fund currently holds around $898 million in net assets, according to a revised registration statement.

富达给近 9 亿美金的以太坊现货 ETF 加质押，真正变化不是「又多一个利好标题」，而是机构 ETH 开始正式吃链上收益。

FETH 净资产约 8.98 亿美元。修订注册文件：正常情况下最多可质押近 100% ETH，但会留一部分应对赎回与流动性；毛质押奖励留 85%，15% 给发起人/托管/节点（文件点名 Blockdaemon、Figment、Galaxy）。净收益先覆盖基金费用，再做季度现金分红；必要时可能卖一部分 ETH 凑现金。
