I was checking Binance Futures today when $CFG and $DOOD caught my eye. Both were near the top of the “Top Trade” list, but they are very different projects.

CFG was trading around $0.1194, up 12.96%. The screen showed about $62.7 million in trading activity.

Centrifuge helps businesses put real assets, such as invoices, private credit and treasury funds, onchain. This can make ownership, performance and reporting easier to check. On August 31, Centrifuge also announced work with LI.FI to make these assets easier to access across different blockchains.

DOOD was near $0.002001, up 12.29%. Its displayed trading activity was much higher at roughly $195.7 million.

DOOD comes from the Doodles NFT and entertainment brand. Doodles has expanded from digital characters into creative tools, media and community projects. The token is meant to involve people in that world.

There is one number I would not ignore: DOOD has a maximum supply of 10 billion tokens, while around 7.8 billion are currently circulating. The tokens still outside the market could matter later.

CFG has a clear link to financial assets. DOOD depends more on creators, entertainment and community interest. Both are gaining today, but neither rise is guaranteed to continue.

These are also futures contracts. A quick reversal becomes much more dangerous when leverage is involved.

The gains got my attention. I still would not chase them without checking the chart and risk first.

I opened Binance Futures today and noticed three coins getting a lot of attention: USELESS, MARSCOIN and TRIA.
$MARSCOIN had the biggest move. It was trading near $0.204 after rising more than 100%. Its displayed trading volume was also close to $795 million. That is a huge move for one day. It may continue, but buying after the price has already doubled is risky. Early buyers may start taking profits at any time.
$TRIA was near $0.005 after gaining around 31%. Tria has a self-custody app where people can trade, move and spend crypto without handing over control of their funds. That gives the project something real to offer. Still, only part of the total TRIA supply is currently circulating, so future token releases are worth watching.
$USELESS was trading near $0.242, up roughly 27%. It is a Solana meme coin that openly says it promises no real purpose. Its price mostly depends on community attention and trader interest. If that interest disappears, the price can change very quickly.
These numbers look exciting, but all three shown in the screenshot are perpetual futures. Leverage makes both profits and losses larger.
Honestly, I would not rush into a trade just because a coin appears near the top. Sometimes the safest choice is to wait for the excitement to settle.

I checked Binance’s top-gainers list today. $MUBARAK , $ARB and $HEMI were among the coins getting the most attention.

MUBARAK was up around 27% when I checked. Its trading volume had also jumped. Still, it is a community meme coin, so much of its movement can come from attention and short-term trading. If that attention fades, the price can fall just as quickly.

ARB was trading near $0.14 after gaining more than 20%. Arbitrum helps people use Ethereum applications with lower fees. One thing many traders miss is that ARB is mainly used for voting on network decisions. Users normally pay Arbitrum transaction fees with ETH, not ARB. More activity on Arbitrum is good for the network, but it does not guarantee that the token price will rise.

HEMI was near $0.016 after another strong daily move. Hemi is trying to make Bitcoin useful in Ethereum-style financial applications. Its token is used for staking, voting, rewards and providing liquidity. The idea is interesting, but the project still needs regular users, not just traders following a rising chart.

Today’s gains are real, but none of them guarantees another green day.

The top-gainers page shows me where people are looking right now. It does not tell me which coin will still matter after the excitement ends.
