Legendary martial artist and actor Bruce Lee, who passed away in 1973, will be teaching martial arts in the #metaverse through a tribute event by Byte City, a social entertainment platform.
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of his passing, participants can mint their avatars on the Ethereum and Polygon blockchains.
Minting opens on July 27 at 9 am PST for Polygon and July 28 at 9 am PST for Ethereum. Those who participate can use their avatars in the Byte City metaverse game after 24 hours.
The game is accessible via desktop browsers and iOS/Android mobile devices. Shannon Lee, #BruceLee 's daughter, and Samsung Gaming collaborated to develop the immersive tribute event to honor his legacy.
