When it comes to choosing a cold wallet, there are many options available in the market. Each wallet has its unique features and benefits, making it challenging to decide which one to choose.
In this article, I’ll cover the top 5 cold wallets that you can use to keep your crypto funds safe (from hackers, not the SEC ;)
1. Ledger Nano X (Price: $149)
#Ledger Nano X is a premium hardware cryptocurrency wallet designed to be user-friendly and easy to use, even for those who are not tech-savvy.
The Ledger Nano X is an improvement over its predecessor, the Ledger Nano S, with additional features such as Bluetooth connectivity for Android and iOS as well as more storage space.
It supports over 5,000 cryptocurrencies, including #bitcoin and #Ethereum , as well as multi-blockchain NFTs.
In terms of security, Ledger Nano X uses a secure chip to store private keys, which are never exposed to the internet or any other third-party device. This ensures that your digital assets are safe from hacking attempts or other malicious activities.
The Ledger Nano X also comes with a built-in battery that can last up to eight hours, making it convenient for users who need to access their wallets on the go. It’s compatible with desktop and mobile devices, allowing you to manage your assets from anywhere.

Ledger Nano S Plus is very similar to Ledger Nano X at almost half the price.
It offers the same security features and supports over 5,000 tokens as well as multi-blockchain NFTs. Both wallets allow for up to 100 simultaneously-installed apps.
The main differences with Ledger Nano X are that Ledger Nano S Plus doesn’t offer Bluetooth connectivity and doesn’t have an internal battery. This means it functions only when plugged into a computer.
While Ledger Nano X supports all operating systems, Ledger Nano S Plus supports Ubuntu, Windows, MacOS, and Android but not Apple iOS.
Ledger Nano S Plus also offers a bit less storage (1.5 MB compared to 2MB for the X model).
3. ELLIPAL Titan Bundle ($169)
One of the most significant advantages of the ELLIPAL Titan Bundle is its extreme level of security.

ELLIPAL Titan Mini supports over 10,000 crypto assets on 51+ blockchains and allows for NFT management.
The only actual difference (as far as I can tell) between the two models is their size and battery capacity.
While ELLIPAL Titan is larger, and heavier with a bigger screen, ELLIPAL Titan Mini is more compact and has a less powerful battery.
5. Trezor Model T (Price $219)
The Trezor Model T is considered one of the best cold crypto wallets in the world and is also among the most expensive ones.
It features a large touchscreen display and supports around 1,500 cryptocurrencies.
It connects to a computer and mobile devices on all operating systems using a USB cable but doesn’t support Bluetooth. Despite its large touchscreen, the Trezor Model T is very light.
The Trezor T Model is a good option for crypto beginners because it allows them to send, receive, buy, sell, and swap cryptocurrency using the Trezor Suite app.
The device has a built-in secure element chip that protects your private keys and also features a built-in password manager, as well as two-factor authentication for added security.
However, the wallet doesn’t have an inner battery and needs to be plugged into an external device to function.
