$ONE just printed a fresh 24-hour low — $0.001692 — and the second coin in the pair broke its line by a tenth of a cent.

$ONE is -19.6% in 24 hours, $32.3 million of Binance volume on 328,000 trades. The 13:00 hour closed under the $0.001848 leg low. It clawed back — 14:00 and 15:00 both closed above the line. Then 16:00 smashed through both lines at once: opened $0.001961, low $0.001692, closed $0.001743 on 975 million ONE. 17:00 closed $0.001805 — a second straight close under $0.001848 and under the $0.001807 24-hour low. The forming hour tagged $0.001850 and sits at $0.001846, right on the line — unclosed, not a reclaim yet. Chart: RSI 44, under EMA20 $0.001939 and EMA50 $0.001856, window -21%.

$ENA is the same verdict, thinner: 16:00 closed $0.1530, 17:00 closed $0.1534 — two closes under the $0.1535 line, the second by $0.0001, fresh low $0.1515. But the forming hour is already back above the line at $0.1547. One good hour unwrites ENA's break; ONE's took two heavy closes to write.

The honest other side: ONE is still +59% on the week — this is a give-back after a run, not a death spiral, and the 15:00 reclaim proves buyers step in fast. ENA's unlock overhang (93.75 million unlocked Nov 5, next Dec 2) is standing context, not today's driver, and USDe still holds $1.0000. No fresh headline on either — tape, not news. BTC is flat at $75,948 while both bled, so this is coin-specific selling, not a board wash.

Not a call, either way.

The 19:00 UTC close (00:30 IST) decides both: does ONE close back above $0.001848, or does the fresh low hold — and does ENA's forming-hour reclaim close above $0.1535?
