$BTC All year, the bull case was simple: institutions are buying through the ETFs. Now record outflows have wiped out Bitcoin's 2026 institutional gains entirely year-to-date ETF flows are back in the red.
Here's my stance: if your whole reason to believe in Bitcoin was 'the ETFs are buying', you never had a thesis. You had a trend. Trends reverse. The same door that let billions in lets billions out, and this week it swung the other way.
That doesn't make Bitcoin dead. It makes the easy story dead. The investors who last are the ones who can say why they hold something without pointing at a flow chart.
So be honest with yourself: if ETF flows stayed negative for a month, would your view change at all? And if it would, what is your view actually built on the tech, the scarcity, or nothing?
