$XRP Price Crash: Is $1.17 the Last Line of Defense?

XRP is facing intense selling pressure as the broader cryptocurrency market experiences a major correction. On November 6, XRP dropped approximately 6%, trading near $1.1834 after losing key support levels. Bitcoin's weakness, heavy derivatives liquidations, and declining investor confidence are adding pressure to the market. XRP derivatives have also seen significant liquidations, with bullish traders taking the biggest hit. This raises an important question: Is the current correction a temporary shakeout, or are sellers preparing for another move lower?

From a technical perspective, the $1.1740–$1.1654 zone is a critical support area. If buyers defend this level and XRP reclaims $1.2030 on the 4-hour chart, a recovery toward $1.2405 could become possible. However, a confirmed breakdown below $1.1654 could open the door to further downside. Traders should watch volume, support reactions, and breakout confirmations before considering an entry. Will XRP bulls defend $1.17, or are we about to see another major drop?
