$NEAR this is still valid as of now. But we are seeing signs of struggling passing the 4.15 zone. Could potentially see a move towards 3.6 if we keep rejecting that zone. For better and sharp entry, the second setup could be followed with entry at 3.784 (R:R being at 6.2). But with the US initial jobless claims event in 2.5 hours, we could see some liquidity pulled out of the order books and giving us room for violent moves.
