🚢 The third is still heading toward the US, but its destination is now listed as "For Orders."

American companies are reportedly reluctant to buy Russian fuel because of potential legal and reputational consequences.
New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill has also warned port operators that accepting these shipments could expose them to millions of dollars in penalties.
