Three numbers on the pair decide whether a $MINA order is accepted at all, and the first one isn't the price on your screen.

The minimum order value for MINA/USDT is 5 USDT, but for market orders Binance checks it against a rolling five-minute average price rather than the last trade. At 00:49 UTC the last print was 0.0541 and that average was 0.05434, so 92.5 MINA counts as 5.00 USDT on screen and 5.03 to the filter. Today the gap helps; when it flips, an order sized off the screen price comes back rejected.

The other two are duller: quantity has to land on a 0.1 MINA step, price on a 0.0001 tick.
