🚨 🇷🇺🇮🇷 PUTIN AND IRAN DISCUSS RUSSIAN GAS PIPELINE PROJECT
Russian President Vladimir Putin has discussed plans for a natural-gas pipeline connecting Russia and Iran during talks with Iranian security official Mohsen Rezaei in Moscow.
The proposed project has two major objectives:
🔹 Help Iran address domestic natural-gas shortages.
🔹 Give Russia another route to supply gas to neighbouring markets.
The discussions also covered regional security and the future of the conflict involving Iran and the United States.
Both countries are under extensive Western sanctions, making energy cooperation strategically significant.
Could a Russia–Iran energy corridor reshape regional gas trade and strengthen cooperation between the two countries?
