Binance is fighting hackers on-chain and a PR war off-chain.

CZ claims that another coordinated attack targeted Binance's reputation following the recent security incident.

According to his analysis, between October 30 and November 2:

1,083 accounts published hostile content.

11,700 negative posts in approximately 78 hours.

20.93M estimated impressions.

3,354 posts were flagged as potentially misleading.

452 of the 641 most active accounts reportedly had collaboration links.

89% rarely mentioned Binance before the incident.

Posting frequency surged 24.6x above baseline.

The reported narratives included insider involvement, bankruptcy fears and calls for mass withdrawals.

A security crisis can quickly become a reputational crisis. But there's an important distinction: coordinated criticism doesn't automatically mean every criticism is false. Binance still needs to address legitimate concerns with evidence and transparency.

In crypto, the hackers attack your wallets. The internet attacks your reputation.

Where should the line be drawn between coordinated FUD and legitimate criticism?
