$SOL added more than $1 billion in tokenized real-world assets in October, setting a record at $5.19 billion 🏦
Solana's RWA total crossed $4 billion at the start of the month and passed $5 billion for the first time a few days ago. Every tokenized fund or bond picks a home chain, and in October more of them picked Solana.
Then a bank-backed stablecoin joined in. Anchorpoint, the Hong Kong issuer owned by Standard Chartered, HKT and Animoca Brands, plans to mint and redeem its licensed Hong Kong dollar stablecoin HKDAP directly on Solana. It's the company's first partnership with a public blockchain foundation. Meanwhile SOL trades near $95.
Big institutions keep building here while the price cools off.
