Robinhood is using Uniswap's TJAR to receive fees in USDC and USDG, according to Uniswap Labs. Those fees come through the Uniswap API, but the stated payout tokens are stablecoins, not UNI.

TJAR grew out of Uniswap's protocol fee-conversion and UNI-burn infrastructure. The October 29 launch opens that system to other apps, which choose their own payout token and destination.

Fees accumulate in a Token Jar. Outside traders supply the chosen token in exchange for assets in the jar; that payment goes to the configured destination. Burning UNI is one use of the underlying infrastructure, not an automatic consequence of third-party adoption.
