Liquidity pools are basically a shared pot. You toss in your $ETH, the code cooks trades for everyone. You get a slice of the fees. That is the whole AMM setup. No middleman matching buyers and sellers. The contract just does the work. Here is the catch. Your capital is working, but it is naked. If the market moons or dumps, your asset ratio shifts. You end up holding more of whatever tanked. That is impermanent loss. It is the cost of business in DeFi. You are getting paid for risk. Do not ignore that part. Know exactly what you are sharing and why. Keep it simple. Verify the contract yourself. Do not trust hype. I survived the last bear because I did not chase yield with my eyes closed. The code handles the trades, but you handle the risk. Read the fine print. If the liquidity looks sticky and the fees make sense, you might stick around. If not, walk away. Your capital is doing work, but it is also exposed. Make sure you are paid enough for that exposure. DeFi #YieldFarming #Liquidity
