Tencent plans to release two new Hunyuan models, Hy4 and Hy4 Flash. According to ChainCatcher, citing Blue Whale News, Tencent Senior Executive Vice President and CEO of the Cloud and Smart Industries Group Dowson Tong announced the models at the Tencent Global Digital Ecosystem Summit. Compared with the previously released Hy4 Preview, Hy4 is designed to improve performance on long-horizon tasks and real-world productivity work, increase chain-of-thought efficiency, and add visual understanding for the first time. Hy4 Flash is positioned as a practical, cost-effective model.
