BREAKING: Microsoft $MSFTB is offering buyouts to 60,000 employees as it cuts costs and reshapes its workforce for the AI era.

The world's 4th most valuable company reports earnings today after the closing bell.

Regardless of the immediate earnings reaction, I believe we're approaching a local top.

I currently see two possible scenarios:

• A final rally toward my blue target zone at $604–$634.

• A correction toward $424, potentially even lower.

Either way, I don't find the current risk-to-reward setup attractive.

At current levels, MSTF is not a buy for me.
