Microsoft has launched Copilot Code, an AI tool that can handle tasks for you. If you had an AI coworker like this, what would you most want it to do?
For me if I had an AI coworker like copilot code, I'd want it to remove the operational drag and not replace my judgement.
My idea AI teammate would monitor earnings, market news and key data, then turn noise into coincise daily brief: what changed, why it matters and what needs attention.
I could also draft research notes, organize workflows, update trackers, prepare meeting summaries and handle repetitive follow ups so I can spend more time on higher value thinking.
Most importantly, I'd want it to challenge my assumptions by highlighting missing information, counterarguments and risks. For anything irreversible, it should prepare the action but keep the final approval with me.
AI is just here to help us think more clearly and not replace us.
