Zcash Stands Out While Bitcoin Goes Flat — $ZEC Up 4.6% at $1,211

While Bitcoin stayed flat near $80,378 today (25 October 2026), down about 0.5% in 24 hours, Zcash moved the other way. On my live chart at about 6:15 PM PKT today, $ZEC is at $1,211.39, up 4.61% in 24 hours, with a high of $1,225.95 and a low of $1,118.55.

What else happened today:
• The total crypto market is around $2.70 trillion, up about 0.38% on the day, but most large coins stayed weak — Ethereum fell about 0.84% to around $2,354, while $BTC held near $80,400 after dipping below $80,000 earlier in the session.
• Zcash was one of the strongest large coins of the day, standing out in a market where buyers were mostly cautious.

Levels traders are watching:
• Support: $1,200 first. Holding above it keeps today's strength intact; if it breaks, watch today's low near $1,119.
• Resistance: $1,226 first, today's high, then the $1,271–$1,296 zone from 21 October. A move above $1,226 would show buyers are still in control.

In simple words: Bitcoin paused, most big coins slipped, and Zcash was the exception — a green coin on a mostly quiet day.

Would you buy strength like this, or wait for a pullback toward $1,200 first?
