U.S. Bitcoin ETFs recorded about $528.4M in net inflows pn October 21, 2026, the third consecutive positive floe session. The three trading sessions from October 19-21 tota; roughly $1.08B. IBIT and FBTC accounted for much of the latest day's flow, at about $235.0M and $212.7M respectively. According to ETF flow trackers, this reflects renewed institutional demand through regulated ETF vehicles.
Sustained ETF creations can add a durable source of spot market demand because fund issuers generally need to acquire BTC to back new shares. It is more meaningful than a one off headline when the flows persist across several sessions and across multiple funds.
But price is not moving in a straight line. The daily chart shows mixed conditions, RSI(6) is 41.66, MACD remains in bearish configuration, while SuperTrend is still upward. That combination suggests ETF demand is supportive in the background, but near term momentum is still contested rather than decisively risk on.
If ETF inflows continue after this three day streak, whether BTC can stabilise after the pullback and whether broader risk appetite supports the inflow narrative. A few strong sessions are constructive, but flows can reverse quickly and do not guarantee a particular price outcome.
