Standard Chartered 21 Oct 官宣：definitive agreements，收购 Zodia Custody Limited 100%（SG/HK/AU/UAE/LU 持牌实体），并入 Securities Services 数字资产托管；软件业务拆到 Zodia Solutions（挂 SC Ventures）。
还差监管批准 + customary closing，价格没披露。银行自己把托管吃进来，比继续「战略投资」那套话术硬一档——机构 $BTC 托管叙事又往前挪了一步。
