If $XRP breaks cleanly through this horizontal level, it's over. But there's overlap with a previously respected line, so it should hold and bounce. That said, I've been burned enough times to not trust it. Just watching the level — if it fails, step aside. If it holds, maybe there's something. No conviction until price proves it.
