BNB Chain Prepares NewL1 For Autonomous AI Agents 🏗️🤖
BNB Chain has opened technical forums for a new Layer-1 blockchain named NewL1. Instead of replacing BNB Smart Chain (BSC), NewL1 will run alongside it as a partner chain connected by an official bridge ⚡
The network uses existing $BNB for gas, issues zero new tokens, and targets over 100,000 TPS with sub-50ms speeds ⏱️
The core motivation is the race for autonomous AI agents. Because AI agents execute micro-transactions in milliseconds, they need instant settlement and private routing without public mempools where front-running bots snipe orders 🛡️
To support them, NewL1 removes the public waiting room, reserves priority lanes for price feeds, and adds a private vault for encrypted transfers.
