A Bitcoin wallet that had been inactive since 2013 transferred all 411.45 BTC it held to a new address on Sunday. At current prices the coins are worth roughly $34 million, up from about $54,000 when they were first bought when Bitcoin traded near $131. The move used a tiny fee of 337 satoshis and the funds have not gone to an exchange, suggesting a routine upgrade to a modern SegWit address rather than an imminent sale. The activity follows a pattern of other long‑dormant wallets waking up recently.
