💼 Building a Digital Service Economy Around $ITLG
The internet has made it easier for people to offer services across geographic boundaries.
But digital service providers still face challenges involving payments, trust, discovery, and customer relationships.
Could the InterLink ecosystem help address some of these challenges?
My proposal is an InterLink Service Exchange.
This would be a marketplace where individuals and businesses could discover and purchase digital services.
Developers could offer application development.
Designers could provide creative services.
Educators could deliver online lessons.
Writers and translators could offer professional work.
Where legally supported, Transferable $ITLG could become an optional payment asset.
INS domains could potentially help service providers establish recognizable identities.
Reputation systems could display verified customer feedback.
Smart contract escrow could support milestone-based payments where technically appropriate.
However, the marketplace would need strong dispute resolution, privacy protections, and safeguards against fraudulent listings.
The purpose should not be to replace every traditional marketplace.
It should be to explore how blockchain infrastructure can make useful digital transactions more accessible and transparent.
If implemented responsibly, such a platform could introduce practical economic activity across the InterLink ecosystem.
