Pyth's 100% reserve policy has a concrete cash-flow anchor: Douro Labs reported distributing 553,693 USDC to the DAO on October 5.

For eligible DAO-owned products, the DAO receives 60% of revenue. All of that share is committed to PYTH accumulation under the new framework. The treasury is the recipient; reserve growth creates neither an automatic holder dividend nor a burn.

OP-PIP-136 replaces monthly votes and a balance-based spending rule. It does not establish three times the executed buying. Direct token deliveries and cash-funded swaps need separate accounting.

Tokenomist's October 17 snapshot lists 7.875B circulating out of a 10B cap. The remaining cap-to-float gap is about 27%; the exact next unlock amount remains unconfirmed here, and an unlock is not proof of a sale. Chainlink's existing revenue-funded LINK reserve makes customer retention and actual conversion economics important competitive tests.

My take: The framework improves PYTH's recurring-demand mechanism. The next execution report should show collected cash becoming market purchases, with direct tokens and legacy treasury conversions separated.
