China Targets Bitcoin, XRP And DOGE in Massive Fraud Case

A Chinese court has accepted an application to confiscate crypto assets linked to convicted money launderer Qian Zhimin.

The holdings include 61,896 $BTC, valued at around $5 billion. Millions of dollars in $XRP and $DOGE are also involved.

Prosecutors say the scheme raised about $6 billion between 2014 and 2017, affecting over 102,000 investors. The assets were seized after Qian Zhimin fled to the UK in 2017.
